Condé Nast, Italy continues its mobile strategy with launch of Samsung tablet apps

Condé Nast, Italy, one of Paperlit's historic partners has launched 7 of its publications on the Samsung platform.1 samsung

The launch of Vanity Fair, Traveller, Myself, GQ, Wired, Glamour and AD on Samsung is more proof of how serious Condé Nast, Italy takes the multi-platform approach. Paperlit is now supporting Condé Nast, Italy on Apple App Store, Android Google Play, Kindle Fire Amazon Store, Windows 8 store,  Samsung Store, Facebook App Center and the web.
Marco Atzori, head of operations at Paperlit adds, "Wired, Italy was one of the first apps available on iOS, Android and Windows 8 in Italy via the Paperlit platform and since then our partner has followed suit with over 50 apps on 5 platforms and 10 publications".
The forward looking vision of Condé Nast of making available as many of their publications on as many platforms as possible is a perfect fit with our solution and is a reason why we work so well together. Our partner uploads one source file and publishes to all of our supported platforms from that same file with the same ease of sending a pdf to a printer.
The Samsung platform, like the Kindle platform are interesting opportunities in the Android world where these marketplaces are being pushed by the device maker and thus making monetization via the Android system even more interesting. We believe these platforms will continue to gain populartiy and therefore are viable and I would say necessary distribution channels for our publishing partners."
